Good ..hygienic & clean.. Breakfast is good & has variety of options available.. Overall ambience is nice & pleasing.. Staff is courteous & helpfull.. Room service is prompt & cost is ok.. value for money.. There are swimming pool too available... however no one was using it... staff should proactively encourage the customer to use such facilities..
Beautiful hotel with all the amenities. I have stayed in both cottage and room. Both are luxurious and well maintained (neat &clean). Food was delicious and the staff is very helpful and cooperative.
The service and the hotel itself was great! There was nothing to complain about. The staff gave great advice as to what to see and which places to visit, and even went as far as to recommend hotels in other cities. It was truly a hotel that had standards!
